I had a bad feeling when I found out their estimates are not free. I should've stopped then, but I wanted my refrigerator problem solved. The lady (not friendly) assured me they would discount the $65 fee for the estimate when they did the job. I needed the piece where the water filter screws in replaced. The young man she sent to look for the model and serial # number was clueless. He never tried to screw on the filter or anything. Apparently, the part needed was discontinued. So, my problem was not fixed and they still kept my $65!

Do not take your appliances here! My roommates washing machine stopped working properly so I helped him to get it fixed. He took it here and supposedly they got it fixed with 3 months warranty after like 2 days. A couple of days went by and the washer would work exactly the same as if it wasn't fixed, long story short, we eneded up taking it 3 times under warranty and it still doesn't work properly. We even took video proof to the issue and they just disregard it. I still believe they didn't even open it to get it clean, they just held the washer for days and said it was ready, definitely will be taking it somewhere else after 3 MONTHS...

Worst service. Our dryer stop heating and we got recommended to this company. When they came and fixed the dryer right the next day my dryer stop working. Called them and told them it doesn’t turn on, they came and check it and said it had something to do with the vent from the apartments. We got it fixed and dryer was still not working. They ended taking my dryer to the shop and after a week I had to call to see what was going on with my dryer and receptionist couldn’t tell me anything. The next day they called told me it was the tablet, wanting to charge me another 280 she said it was our fault that the tablet didn’t work. I got upset and argued with her. I asked to speak to a supervisor and to this day he can’t return my call. Dryer doesn’t work and doesn’t even turn on. DO NOT TAKE YOUR APPLIANCES HERE!!!
