How interesting that my review is as low as all the past reviews. This company has a good rating on the BBB website, I will be contacting them next and sharing my experience and those of others on this company. I ordered a vent and it was never shipped. I called one week later since their website states 2-24 hours for items to ship. I was told I would receive it Monday. still no item and when I called again they hung up on me a total of 12 times!! Humberto Camacho owns this business and I wonder if he knows or cares at all. What a joke of a business

I placed an order for two windows on 4/25/26. The expected delivery window was May 1st-May 4th. Today is May 3rd. At 10:30pm I received an email canceling my order stating they dont have enough in stock to fulfill my order. As a first time customer, I have to say that I am highly disappointed. I overlooked the negative reviews and focused on the positive ones with hopes of a better outcome. I was clearly mistaken.

I’d give Negative 5 stars if I could 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️ I placed an online order. It’s been 3 weeks it is showing they haven’t put it in the mail yet. I have called multiple times on multiple days, I get put on hold then after a long time the phone hangs up, I also left a voice message , emailed 2 times. No response. I checked Google to see if this was a legit business and it shows they are “open” - but obviously no one is home. I Would like my money back!

Order an item online. It never shipped. A week later I emailed to ask when the delivery date would be with no reply. Four days after that I emailed again asking when it would be and with zero explanation was sent an email is issuing a refund. Don't waste your time… There are plenty of great vendors. To your reply: If you had standards you would've shipped it and you would've corresponded long before someone had to crash out. Stop it. We can keep going as long as you want. Just own it. You fumbled… By your reviews it looks like it happens often.

Just like the other reviews, my order was cancelled due to "not being in stock". (The item I ordered was listed as a special order - shipped from manufacturer, so it doesn't matter if it was in stock.) In my opinion, I think Saber Sales lists whatever items they want on their website and rarely updates price. Then if you place an order, they see if they can fulfill it while still profiting. If they can't, they simply cancel your order. Sketchy business model.
