Do not buy from here if something breaks they find a way to avoid fixing it Had a washer first day lid lock broke. But still worked noticed the water wasn’t filling over the clothes Then just completely wouldn’t turn on when pressing power button but they made it about the lid lock saying they couldn’t resell it. and it’s a 60$ part Had it 2 weeks Good thing is they eventually exchanged with another that wasn’t as nice And only gave me a option of 3 crappier washers JUST BUY NEW get the 3-5 year real warranty

Had a decent variety of refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves and even some microwaves there when we went. I think though if they are proud of their work and trust in their qualty of merchandise you should get a 90 day warranty not just 30 days. This shows a limited faith on their end of the products they are offering. If YOU trust your offered products then it's more likely the customer will and want to do repeat business.

I was in immediate need of a good replacement cold water intake valve and instead of my usual ordering from Amazon , I remembered that the Alarcon Appliance store seemed to a lot closer so I could order/buy the part in person. It would also contribute to a hometown business and it was all set as long as they had washing machine parts or carried any parts. I knew not all appliance stores do so I made a quick call to the store and was so happy to hear that the owner/repairman would indeed sell me a good used one for cheaper than Amazon. My other concern was that since it was a Used Part would I be able to return for a refund or exchange it for a 2nd part if we were wrong in our diagnosis of malfunctioning part. I was assured either option was no problem and went home to help my daughter install it . The part had a tiny, tiny hairline crack but we had already changed the bad part out and I was willing to dab a tiny bead of super glue on it and take my chances. My daughter and I had been without a washer for about 6 weeks easily. The Alarcon store was full of repaired, brand new, & gently used looking like brand new appliances and it was full but not over crowded. The store was organized, and clean. The cashier ringing my sale up was extremely friendly, yet polite. The store floors were swept clean, the glass storefront, usually an issue in some stores was sparkling clean . No customer restrooms that I saw but its an appliance store not a convenience store. The clerk who helped me was bilingual so that's always a plus for a lot of towns.

I was in the market for a used washer and dryer and located set from Alarcon Appliances in Freeport. Their showroom was full of incredible options for unbeatable prices. They offer a 30 day warranty and loaded us up in a flash. Approximately a week later my washer had some stabilization/balance issues. Retuned the washer and was immediately sent home with an equal replacement. If your in the market for clean / affordable quality used appliances, please do yourself a favor and see Ivette and her team @ Alarcon Appliances in Freeport.
