I’ve been to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet multiple times, and the behavior of management—specifically Benita—is completely unacceptable. She is openly rude, disrespectful, and verbally abusive toward both employees and customers. It’s uncomfortable just being in the store because of how she speaks to people. I’ve personally witnessed her talk down to staff in a way that no one should have to tolerate, and her attitude toward customers is just as bad. This isn’t a one-time incident—it’s a consistent pattern. Management like this reflects very poorly on the entire store. No business should allow someone to treat people this way. Corporate seriously needs to step in and address this immediately.

What a fantastic store. Great prices on everything. If you find what you want get it! It may not be there on your next trip. So much to look at. We always stop at these stores even when we travel. Big selection of household goods, food, toys, clothing, lawn and garden and more
