We love our Breadstone Oven almost as much as our customers do. It is a workhorse and has only been a bright spot in our kitchen. I cant tell you how many people come in to the pub and go straight to the kitchen pass to take a look at the oven!! Antoine and his team were very helpful.

We LOVE our Four Grand-Mere mobile wood-fired oven. Antoine and his crew at Bread Stone Oven Co. did a fantastic job on our oven and trailer. We are Cane River Pizza Co. of Louisiana. At each event, we have intrigued patrons ask if they can look inside. We always say yes. We show them the oven and explain that we purchased from Bread Stone in Texas.

Working with Bread Stone Ovens has been a great experience. I purchased an 800B Brick Oven Kit and the installation went smoothly. As I had specific questions Antoine was quick with an answer. Even today, after having the oven for 2 years, Antoine has been there to answer questions about certain cooking techniques. I have really enjoyed my oven. To date it has made many meals from pizzas, stews, roasts, breads, streudals, etc. Love the oven!
