Called Thursday afternoon and set an appointment for Friday. Was told that I would get a text message in the morning between 8-10 for my appointment time and again within a two hour winds of my appointment. I called back because no text came through. I tried both their Killeen and Waco number, no one picked up the phone to confirm the appointment. Poor customer service.

Worst experience ever. Very convinced this whole business is a scam. Scheduled a repair for my washer in December. Tech came out and said we’d have to order parts to fix the issue and that they’d take 10 days to come in. Called to order the parts maybe 2 days later on Dec 22nd and paid the deposit, confirmed the 10 day ETA. 10 days came and went, no update on parts. I gave grace cause it was the holidays. I called and they said they were still waiting. I gave it another week or so and called again. There’s no way to get in contact with the company directly. When you call, a middle-man answering service takes a message and “sends it to them” and says the company will give you a call back. NEVER got a call back. I’ve been calling and calling and same response. It’s now March and I still haven’t gotten a call back. They literally took my money and I have nothing to show for it. SCAM.

DO! NOT! GO! TO!THIS!FACILITY!! My washer broke and my husband had the technician come over, almost 400 (FOUR HUNDRED) dollars just for them to tell us they need to order a part. it’s been almost a month and that part still hasn’t came in. I gave them some leniency due to the storm but this is so outrageous. At this point they practically robbed us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER!

Absolutely terrible experience with Campbell's Appliance & Repair. I hired them for a simple oven light repair, and months later, the job is still only half done. They've been dragging their feet for months on sourcing just two basic parts and blame the supplier, with zero communication unless I initiate. Worse, I requested a refund for the incomplete and delayed work and am continually told the owners aren't in. Nobody ever seems to know where they are but they're clearly not attending business management class. The lack of professionalism and accountability is outrageous. I've already filed a formal complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office over this. If you're in the Harker Heights/Killeen/Temple area, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Save your money and your sanity—consider filing a complaint if they waste your time too. Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT USE THEM! They came out mid December to examine refrigerator and order parts we paid half that day and was told part would be in 7-14 days after the new year we called many times unable to get ahold of anyone I finally talked to someone 9th of January and was told they were still waiting on the part I called back on the 19th just to get a update and was told they were having difficulty with supplier and looking for a different supplier, I asked if I could just get a refund and was told she would put in the request but they dont do refunds (was not told this nor did we sign anything) now I am out the money and had to call a different company to fix our refrigerator. Save yourself the hassle advoid them like the plague
