Best place in Killeen / Harker Heights to buy budget friendly appliances. I bought a washer for less than it is offered at Lowe’s or Home Depot and the staff was WAY MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE about the appliances. Highly recommend this business for a pleasurable buying experience! Feels like luxury shopping but the prices are VERY GOOD!

We have relied on Modern Appliance for appliances and repairs for the past 30 years. They have never let us down. When we buy from them we know they will have our back if anything happens with our appliances. We don't even compare prices before buying because it's worth it to know they'll handle anything we need after the sale.

Bought part two days ago he said would fit whirlpool stove. Part doesn’t fit. He refused to check infinity switch until we bought his. We did, it doesn’t fit, went back, he was rude and refused to get proper part or to refund since he said this was the part which didn’t fit or work. Never do business with him again. Very rude pointing fingers at us and rude while we were polite. I did receive a message from the owner to come talk with him. I did so today and he was very polite and explained what happened. I understand why the part didn’t fit and he was kind enough to return my purchase. I will indeed consider working with this company again as they have been in business a very long time though under a bit different name. I will give them another chance and appreciate their response to my complaint.
