Debbie was professional and empathetic to my situation and promptly made an adjustment for the item that arrived too late to be given as a xmas gift. The item (rake and hooks) were excellent quality but just too late and I'd had to purchase another item at last minute. Considering customer service (talking to a real human!) I will use this company again.
