Ivan Smith Furniture

This place has a nice selection of furniture, but their furniture protection warranty will denied any claim. I was told it covered stains, rips and tears submitted a claim and was denied right away. I was on the market for a new dining room set and went to Canales furniture by far a better experience and way better prices for the same set.

Every time I have visited, I’ve had the pleasure of working with William House, who is absolutely wonderful. He is incredibly helpful and respectful of your time and space. Whether it is William or any other member of the staff, everyone here is truly exceptional. If you are looking for a stress-free, high-quality furniture buying experience, this is the place to go!

We bought a bunch of our furniture at Ivan Smith. They were competitive and Tulane gave us an even better discount bc we bought a good amount.She was very patient and helpful in helping us with multiple pieces. We love our custom couches made by Mayo. They are gorgeous. There were a few snags in the quality of the bar stools, but Ivan furniture has taken great care of us and replaced them and delivered them at no cost. Scott has personally ensured my happiness and Ivan, the delivery man is both attentive and pleasant. He had all his guys wash their hands before they handled my new white velvet couches. I highly recommend Ivan furniture from their sales, front desk to delivery. They care about their customers!
