The big box stores that were open couldn’t offer same-day pickup, which made things even more difficult. I was very thankful to find this business open, especially with only one employee working. I was able to purchase a refrigerator and take it home the same day. I loaded it myself, which was no problem at all — I was just grateful to have an option when so many others weren’t available. The store appears to specialize in scratch-and-dent appliances, and I was able to find a unit with very minimal cosmetic imperfections. I don’t mind a few small flaws, especially when the price is right. Overall, I really appreciated the availability, fair pricing, and the ability to get exactly what I needed during a difficult situation.
