Si pudiera le diera 0 estrellas, no son nada justos con el cliente. Pésimo servicio. Jamás los recomendaría, no vuelvo a comprar en este sitio.

THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME!!!! TL;DR: tried to tell me my washer was leaking when it wasn't to try and find more things to repair that didn't need repairing. Rude as heck phone girl who lies left and right even when she's caught in one. I was having a leak in my laundry room that I couldn't determine was my washer or my AC. So I had Juniors Appliances come out and look at my washer. They originally said I needed a belt fixed and that they didn't have the belt with them and they would like to take the washer with them to replace it. I really didn't want them to take my washer. So I said how about you just come back and fix the belt when you have the right one. From there my washer problem changed to "it could be leaking, we cant tell, we need to take it to the shop to tell for sure". Reluctant, my husband told me to let them. Problem was we were going on vacation and wouldn't be back for a week. The agreement was that they would fix the washer while we were gone, then bring it back the Monday we returned. I call them that Monday to see when they would be dropping off my washer. She said everything was fixed and they would drop it off tomorrow (tuesday) Tuesday morning I get a text message saying that my washer was the one with the leak and they didn't have the right valves so they wouldn't be bringing it back today. Now at the same time this is happening, my laundry room is flooded and the washer isn't at my house. And it's determined my AC is the one with the leak. So I tell juniors appliances to not repair the valves and to bring me back my washer today. When they came to drop off the washer there was still a puddle of water in my laundry room. 30 minutes after they hooked my washer up, my AC guy showed up and fixed the leak. I wiped up all the water and ive ran a good 10 loads of laundry since then and my washer hasn't leaked once. So they tried to tell things were wrong with my washer when it was working perfectly fine. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! DISHONEST AS HECK! Not to mention the girl on the phone kept on making up excuses why they didn't repair my washer for the 10 days they had it. Saying they just "didn't bother to because we were switching locations"

Dryer was running but not heating. Techs came in, looked at it. It was the fuse that burned out. They didn't have the proper part so had to order. Took a whole week for the part to be delivered. Once they had the part, they came back to repair dryer. Still, they couldn't get dryer operating properly. So they requested to take to shop. All the while, we've been without the dryer working for over a week. While they had dryer in shop, wife and I decided to go shopping for new set. We couldn't we much longer so we made the purchase. Still took them nearly a week, but they did get it working. Problem was the dryer was throwing codes that had to be reset. Although they did get it working, we were out of dryer for two weeks with laundry piling up and going to the laundromat to dry one load. Follow up on review. Since we bought new set, we didn't plug in repaired dryer or so I thought was repaired. We kept in storage until just recently. My daughter moved into her new place so we gave her the washer dryer set. Plug in dryer, same problem. It was not heating. Mind you, we couldn't test the dryer immediately after receiving back from repair due to buying new set. So I contacted service shop again. The service warranty was only passed 2 days. They wouldn't honor it Wanted to charge another service call to come look at it again. I'd give this company 0 star if it was available.
