purchased GE washing machines from Alejando's in the past. think owner buys faulty appliances and resells. both stopped working...not worth the headache. buy appliances from a reputable place. (Home Depot only $150 more for new)

I cannot contact anyone by phone. I have had good experiences in the past; however, I got a used washer and took it home but had to return it after 2 weeks because it was leaking. They did replace it without issue but now this one is not washing my clothes. They coming out soapy and it isn't spinning. I've only had the replacement for 2 days. I wanted to call them to report it but the voicemail is full and they don't return calls/answer the phone.

They sell faulty merchandise. I bought a gas dryer and they never even tested it before delivery, as the dryer burner would not ignite when connected to gas service. I had to connect it to the gas pipe because they will not hook up to your gas line because they are not LICENSED to touch your home gas piping connections. They SHOULD, however, make sure that the igniter burner, tub motor/belt works before they deliver it to your home. Also, very rude when they had to come back to pick it up to take back to their shop to repair and re-deliver. NEVER do business with these dishonest people.
