Furniture Center Outlet 2

I am leaving this review because I feel completely misled by this furniture store. I contacted them through Marketplace because they advertised good prices, outlet-style discounts, and a Memorial Day sale. However, the person I chatted with never gave me a clear price. When I arrived, they had signs advertising 50% off, but in my opinion that discount never really existed. It felt like the Memorial Day “discount” was just a way to attract customers, because the prices were still extremely high. They only had a couple of furniture sets on display, and although the staff was polite and showed me catalogs, the prices were ridiculous. They were asking up to $4,000 for furniture made of leather gel or air leather, which is not even top grain leather. They also did not offer a good warranty, and they did not give the option to buy only two pieces; they wanted to sell the full three-piece set. The prices were the same or even higher than well-known furniture stores that offer better quality, warranties, and even interest-free financing. I feel like they attract customers with promises of great deals, Memorial Day discounts, and outlet prices, but once you drive all the way there and spend your time and gas, the prices are not what they make you expect. To me, that is disrespectful and misleading. For that reason, I am giving this place one star.
