Do not purchase these appliances if you plan on them working for longer than one year. The RA36 dual unit with gas top and electric oven has stopped working after one year, the lining of oven started flaking inside, the oven cannot be used, the interior finish comes off into food. The gas burners are limited lifetime warranty, but they are naming the interior of the electric oven a cosmetic problem....

The looks are great but they have a lot of issues that they just blame their problems on the installers. Nice gas stove has been in place for over a month and it only works half the time. It lights only half the time. Zine does not care.

Z-line appliances are overpriced budget garbage dishwasher doesn’t work 20 loads and still did not clean the plate. Then when you call their customer service and you get them out here under warranty, they don’t want to give you a new one. They want to repair the ones that’s there one item at a time my dishwasher has it at least six things wrong with it from day one the last repair man insists the pump is not pushing enough pressure. It doesn’t even push enough pressure for the arm underneath the first drawer to rotate, but they want to replace a circuit board. It doesn’t drain at the end of a cycle just plain garbage and the customer service is as bad as the appliance do not waste your money $1600 for a crappy dishwasher that didn’t come with all the parts that when I identified the missing parts sent me the handle without the screws to put it on, which also didn’t come in the original packaging low quality you would get a much better product if you go to a swap meet and get a 20-year-old dishwasher for $20. It may be beat up but it’ll work better than their product in their product doesn’t even look good in the kitchen. It does not fit the 24 inch opening as it should just plain garbage and be careful if you buy them through a home improvement store because the line will not refund your money, no matter how unhappy you are.

My wife and I purchase over $22,000.00 of zline appliances for the home we were building. We purchase these appliances together on April 10, 2024 and had it delivery May 21,2024 to the home that was under construction. The home was not completed until July 2, 2024 and the appliances were installed June 22, 2024 by a license professional installer. We close on our home on July 17, 2024 and move in July 22, 2024. My wife and I are deeply sadden with the purchase of these appliances. We both love the looks; however the problems we been having is beyond what words that we can describe. It has not been a full one year of usage and we have experience so much disappointment. What makes matter worse, unacceptable, and imaginable; is that the amount of purchase we bought; we unable to have an extended warranty for these appliances. Double oven the clock timer replaced twice. Double oven glass shatter on self cleaning. Microwave produces so much condensation on high heat, I was told that is normal and if something else occur due to this concern, than reach back out to them. Double 30" side-by-side refrigerator freezing up in the back of the freezer and producing frosted ice at the bottom of the freezer. This is not what we expected at all.
