The service provided by the ladies—and especially by one older woman with short, graying hair—was terrible. She speaks rudely and doesn't even want you to move items from where they are placed; for instance, regarding the clothing—which is all jumbled up—she still makes unreasonable demands. I had previously witnessed her high-handed attitude toward other customers, but I hadn't experienced it myself until now. Ultimately, if they don't know how to serve the public, they should find a different job, because this person is constantly complaining about customers.

Hands down one of the best places! I’ve been to the Baytown location before and couldn’t find much. Then I came across the Sheffield Liquidation Store in Crosby on Facebook and thought, “I need to go there immediately!”😂 When I went, I was shocked at all the good stuff y’all have. Also, thank you to Sheyanne and Alana, they were very sweet. I loved it so much that I went back the next day!

Absolutely amazing store! They have such a variety of products! You can literally spend a whole day looking through there bins! I know I do ! Lol! It beats going to a store and having to pay full price! It helps a lot ! And it’s a treasure hunt! The staff is so so pleasant! Shanan, Mrs. Brenda and Brooke are super nice and so approachable! Always have smiles on their faces!
