They didn’t have the exact model I wanted in stock, but Cyndi jumped in and made it happen. She handled the ordering and coordination smoothly with zero hassle. That alone earned them high marks, but the real standout moment came at pickup. My wife drove a small car and was running a few minutes late. The warehouse closes at 1 PM, so things could have gotten awkward. Instead, Brenda went above and beyond. She convinced the warehouse team to bring the microwave out into the showroom so my wife wouldn’t miss the cutoff. Brenda waited with her, helped load it safely despite the small vehicle, and made the whole process feel effortless. Her attitude was genuinely helpful and professional—she didn’t just check boxes, she solved problems on the spot. Cyndi and Brenda turned what could have been a frustrating errand into a genuinely positive experience. If you’re in the San Antonio area and need appliances, go to FBS. These ladies know how to take care of customers. Highly recommend. Will definitely shop here again.

I just wanted to offer praises for Alvaro, Angel and Michael, who were our exceptional FBS team. They didn’t miss a beat. Everything was handled with great care and professionalism from start to finish. After waiting on the construction process to finally get us to our appliance installation, we watched the whole process. They did everything from unboxing, to moving every piece with care, watching out that they didn't damage walls or appliances, working with the 3 different contractors onsite for potential adjustments during the installation, and cleaning off fingerprints, they were just so diligent. Thank you, Alvaro, for sending us the best. You, likewise, were similarly attentive to all our questions and concerns. I think we’re going to love our new kitchen.

Such a great experience we came to check out appliances for our future renovations and Wow! Great place for Husband's to get Brownie points with their Wives! The staff are amazing and we were blessed to have Cynthia give us a tour at the San Antonio branch. She was very accommodating and answered all our questions. She actually taught us some very interesting things about the more modern style appliances which definitely broadened our knowledge on how we can upgrade what we already have and the convenience of the new style appliances.
