I’m a homeowner with a lot of Handiman experience, not a plumber. They, as experienced plumbers, explained what I needed and gathered all my supplies. They made a big difference in my knowledge and saved me time. They even gave me a technique that allowed me to avoid one kind of expensive piece. This way better than wandering the big box stores hoping to find what I think I need. I already tried the Lowe’s/Home depot wandering and it delayed my project.

Customer no service at its best. After driving across town for a hard to find replacement part (i had called ahead to see if the correct part in stock)for a toilet i was offered an incorrect version of a part i could have walked into a big box store and bought. Poor customer service . Dobt waste your time with these guys.
