The overall experience was very pleasant. Our old range hood wasn’t powerful enough and it wasn’t vented to outside either. Fotile was able to get the work done per our request. The range hood is so powerful that we aren’t able to smell the cooking inside of the house. I’m also happy that they weren’t pushy for us to the newest model, they even recommended the older version with lower price based on our need. If you need to get a powerful range hood, here is your place to shop!

I recently purchased their newest model in slant range hood with AG glass. Since, it’s not a cheap product I was skeptical about purchasing it online. Therefore, I decided to visit their store in Katy and experience it in person. The store has all their model on display and one can go and feel what they would getting. Coco was very sweet to answer all my questions patiently and to follow up on everything I wanted to know before deciding on the purchase.I would say she gave me the confidence to make the decision to buy. Their technician Alan too was very efficient and skilled. He made sure all the measurements were correct and left no room for error. He came right on time was very professional and cleaned after the job was finished. Now about the product, it has been a day of use and I find it meeting above our expectations it is very quite compared to our previous range hood and does the job so efficiently. I tried making things which would otherwise really smell just to test the hood and we were pleasantly surprised with it’s performance. I hope if I ever need any service or warranty claims the process will be as easy as it has been so far. If you are sitting on the fence for this hood, I would say buy it you won’t regret it. For Indian style of cooking this is the best gear.
