We purchased a washer from Allen and Deanna today, and it was such a good experience! They had the product available and squeezed us in to install on the same day! Allen came out, removed our old machine and placed the new one! He was so friendly and informative! I am so glad we purchased from this local store and family! Thank you for an awesome job!

Huge shout out to Allen!! What we thought was going to be a nightmare, turned into a easy process! My husband and I were so excited to find this place and not have to drive to Tyler! We went in, picked out a new washer and was lucky enough to fit in a same day delivery! Allen delivered our washer himself and installed it! He is very knowledgeable and gave my husband a washer lesson! Now he cant say he doesnt know how it works! Thanks Allen! We will continue supporting this business because you cant find customer service like this anywhere these days! They deserve all the stars!

If we could give more stars, we would. Allen’s Appliance is our go to store. The owners are very friendly and honest. If they tell you that they will do something, you can count on it. Punctual arrival time, tells you what is wrong and fixes it. Allen doesn’t mind explaining what happened and why. They are very reasonably priced. Like I say, they are our go to store for any appliance.
