We buy all our appliances from them because their service department. We've used Don's for 20 years and when anything breaks they send a service tech right away, even though we live an hour away in Palestine. They always get us up and running and they are so pleasant to work with. Recently, we just had out service tech's, Kaleb and Jeff, 5 star guys and service. Very grateful for this Don's Appliance.

Shoutout to Don's! I bought a washer and dryer set from Don's a little over a year ago, and just my luck, the washer ended up needing both a new water pump and control board. Since it was past the one-year warranty, I figured I'd be paying for the repairs out of pocket. To my surprise, Don's was able to pull some strings and get everything covered, and it didn't cost me a penny. As a contractor, I know manufacturers usually aren't very flexible when it comes to warranties, especially after they've expired. That's why I was so impressed that Don's went the extra mile to help me out. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. They've definitely earned my business, and I'll be buying all my future appliances from them. Thanks again, Don's!

We have purchased our appliances at Don’s for many years. We have always had good service but recently had the pleasure of Caleb coming out to service our refrigerator. He was the best service tech we have had by far. He is knowledgeable, friendly, works quickly and efficiently and cleaned up so well after service was complete. We will ask for him specifically if we need to have a service call again.
