Heber Appliance was our second attempt at a freezer fix and it should have been our first! As water pooled out slowly from under my fridge, I knew my first call would be to PC/Heber Appliance. After 30+ years of sevice in 3 different homes, they will always be our 1st call. They've always been honest, fast, fair, and they genuinely care about their customers. Our service call this week was no different. They were able to schedule us for the next day, and Kory couldn't have been more professional or pleasant. Luckily it was a pretty easy repair with parts he had on his truck and really zero inconvenience to us.
