HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They made my wife (and daughter) feel very uncomfortable. They made her wait 15 minutes before they even had the common courtesy to get off the phone to acknowledge them. The salesmen seemed total disinterested in helping. Fortunately there are other used appliance stores very close by with far better customer service. We ended up buying a refrigerator, range, dishwasher and range hood just down the road (2 miles away). With lots of other used options close by ...Don't waste your time here!

I recently purchased an LG 4000 series washer and dryer set in March 2026 from Wasatch Appliance in Pleasant Grove, and the experience was excellent. Their selection was solid, and pricing was competitive with scratch-and-dent inventory, but the units are new and unused with only minor cosmetic imperfections. The service also stood out. I stopped in late on a Saturday, right before closing, and Dan took the time to walk me through their current inventory without rushing. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend Wasatch Appliance and will definitely return for future appliance needs.
