4.6 rating with such a low number of reviewers - I should have known better when I consider this store. This store does not warrant the products they sell. It shows the total lack of confidence in their products. I understand from the store person that when I bring an appliance out of the store, it's simply too bad if it fails the 1st time i power up the appliance at home - zero after sales support and non-exchangeable. This store tests it's appliance by simply to plugging the device into an outlet in their store to see if the appliance behaves. They appear to have no in-house technical expertise to determine whether the appliances they sold are technically operational. The store offers to make delivery arrangement for me but I must claim with the delivery person myself if the appliance arrives damaged. I suspect this store marks up on this delivery cost. The store person also gave incorrect manufacturers' warranty info for the product I have expressed interest in. The store person says that if I expect any kind of after sales service or even a few days of warranty against appliance that are "dead on arrival", I should purchase my appliance brand new and not consider their products. I decide to take my business to another appliance outlet on the other side of Orem that has a 5-star rating that offers a 30-day warranty on their products.

I have purchased multiple appliances with Jesse now! We found him through Facebook marketplace and sometimes that can lead to sketch people but that is definitely not the case here! Haha. We run a property management company and web have appliances that will end up needing replacement. These guys have pulled through for us on FAST turn around times including delivery and haul away. Always a fair price and they stand by their product. Even though its a "scratch and dent" I love knowing we still have the manufacturer warranties in place with the purchase. 💪 definitely recommend these guys!!!
