Came at a close out sale day, great prices, worst service. If you get Jeremy... run!... His lack of training or poor training resulted to currently standing for a hour of trying to figure out our order in their new system. Nobody else can help for some odd reason to start our order over and get it fixed. The girl wanting the dishwasher next to our range has been here for almost 2 hours waiting for someone to write up her order because she, also, got Jeremy. Meanwhile, I’m watching people getting checked out as we wait to figure out our order. ** Updated to 4 stars from 2 because a lady finally got us help and gave us a great deal on a shower head set. Going on to two hours of waiting to resolve. Hope this gets fixed soon. **

I’m an out of state buyer with a rental property in DV. When our 28 year old sub zero finally died this year I contacted MLD and spoke with Justin for a replacement not requiring any major cabinet modifications. Plus I was not willing to spend full price on a new Sub-Zero replacement. Justin scoured their clearance area and found us the perfect Sub-Zero unit for a great price. He kept me up to date via both text and email, coordinated the install with the property manager and finished it all in less than 2 weeks. Would give Justin a 10 star review if Google allowed it!

Mountain Land Appliance provided an extremely easy and wonderful experience purchasing kitchen appliances. I worked with Jennifer Martello and I cannot recommend her highly enough. With numerous delays in our renovation, Jennifer kept everything on track for delivery when we needed it. She checked in every month and adjusted the schedule as needed.
