Precision Appliance

Not many places left like this in America and if your old appliance is in good condition they MAY give you credit for it as you buy your newly serviced appliance from them, thry have many appliances from old to newer and I highly suggest them if you ha e an appliance go out. It's cheaper than buying brand new none serviceable appliances for 700 to 1200, go to prescient and spend a fraction of it and with a 90 day guarentee you can't go wrong!!! Amazing service, straight forward answers and pricing, and wonderful overall 😀

If I could give negative stars, I would. We bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Precision Appliance and paid a delivery fee, which was understandable. But after delivery, the washer made an extremely loud grinding and scraping noise with even a very small load. We contacted them under their “90-day warranty,” and they agreed to replace it, but only if we paid another delivery fee AND a restocking fee, even though the washer was defective from the start. A few days later or so, the replacement washer was delivered. We ran one load and the exact same thing happened again; loud grinding, scraping, and the sound barely tolerable. When we contacted them again, they said we would have to pay yet another delivery fee for another replacement. At this point, it honestly feels like this company is making their profits off charging customers repeated delivery and restocking fees for defective appliances instead of standing behind the products they sell. A warranty means nothing if the customer has to keep paying every time the company delivers another broken machine. We finally gave up because it wasn’t worth the stress anymore. Honestly, the rusty washer and dryer I bought off Facebook Marketplace 10 years ago worked better and lasted longer than these appliances from Precision Appliance. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and avoid this place.

purchased a washer and dryer set that 'had no issues when they had them in store'. but I have have had nothing but problems since bringing them home. you would think this business can at least have one technician that can come to your house and look at what's wrong with them but nope! gotta bring them all the way back to the store just to have them fixed. the washer has a faulty cylinoid sensor that I have to pay a different company to come fix it. just consider the fact that you can't have it fixed unless you're willing to bring it all the way back into the store, or pay a PROFESSIONAL to fix it for you after you've already invested the money for the damn machines.

CAUTION CONSUMERS! I am disappointed I have to write this review but my situation seems to be a recent trend at Precision based on other reviews I am reading from the same time period. Earlier this year I purchased a used dryer with delivery. Five months later it quit, 2 months past their 90 day warranty. I replaced a fuse that got me one more month before it quit again which indicated a much larger problem not worth fixing. Put it to the curb and ended up buying a brand new, Black Friday sale dryer with a 1 year warranty that cost me $100 more then I paid Precision. I originally went to Precision because of a previous purchase, 8 yrs ago, that was very positive. But in my opinion, the high quality used appliances they claim to sell appears to be a thing of the past. Response to Owner: I assure you all those possibilities were investigated because the last thing I wanted to do was waste $350, but the issues with the dryer were not that simple and not worth spending any more money on. I regret I did not trust my intuition the second time I came to purchase from you, because the quality of what you had in the store was no comparison to my previous purchase. Unfortunately it turned out my intuition was correct.
