Greysen provided exceptional service for us. It was a complicated installation and took far longer than anticipated. Greyson went the extra mile in a courteous and respectful manner. Thank you, Greysen!

Disappointing experience with a range hood replace and install. The serviceman tried to cut corners during the job and got angry and disgruntled when I politely pointed it out. Left the space less than clean afterwards. Exactly the opposite of the "quality" service I was expecting off a high recommendation from RC Willey. Here's the full story: We had a range hood fail that needed to be replaced and the new one I purchased from RC Willey was a different form/fit than the other, with the biggest difference being the new unit having a smaller duct cover cross section from the old one, which would leave a small hole in the ceiling sheetrock/drywall. In fairness to Quality Install, they did warn me that these haul away and install jobs were not their usual forte in favor of installs in new kitchen builds. So with that Quality sent someone to come by my house before I purchased the unit to make sure they could do the job, including the ceiling drywall repair work and the serviceman who came said "no problem, we can do this all for you". He made sure it was him doing the install later on since he had seen the situation in person. Fast forward to the install date, the same serviceman shows up 30 minutes late claiming he was sent to the wrong address, which was surprising given he knew the house address already. Clearly had a bad mood in general, which no knock on that, everyone has bad days. However, when he started mounting the frame of the range hood he cut the existing duct to a new size to leave space between the duct and the fan bulkhead, and instead of putting a new flexible duct between the old duct and the fan to seal that gap, he starts putting the duct cover on and turning the fan on to feel for sealing around the edges of the duct cover. At this point I felt compelled to say "shouldn't the gap between the fan and the duct be sealed before the duct cover is put on?" to which he replied "well im checking the seal around the cover edges and its effectively the same thing". I said "well that just doesn't seem right" and then he responds angrily "you want me to take it off and seal it up? I've only been doing this for 12 years". He eventually put the flexible duct on and sealed with duct tape, but the whole experienced really bothered me because had I not been there to observe what he was doing, the duct cover would have been hiding an unconnected duct and we'd have no way of knowing. Just unprofessional and lazy. When he was done with the hood install, I asked again about the ceiling drywall repair and he said "we don't do that". He packed up his things and left without wiping down his fingerprints and dirt off the stainless steel hood, without cleaning up the loose drywall that fell from the ceiling and left a roll of half used duct tape on our counter. He also didn't pull off the protective film from the inside of the fan grates. Worse than a half-assed job. I may have just gotten a bad serviceman, but do be careful before considering this company and make sure to vet thoroughly that they can do what they claim they can do.

Peter was so quick with installing our cooktop. He was so nice to me and my grandma as well. It looks great.

Excellent service. Office communicated delivery window well ahead of time, and crew was exactly on time. Very professional, clean, and careful. Removed old range and installed new one. Clearly very experienced with these installs and they spent time going over instructions. Levi was fantastic and is highly recommended.
