We came from 4 hours away and needed to buy and take a fridge home that day. This store was the best, even compared to big chain stores. I would send my family here that needed appliances after our service. The big chain stores were too busy to help us or answer questions really. Then they didn’t keep the fridge in stock so all the ones we liked, when we did find a person to ask, wanted to send them to us later in the week. We stopped here as a last chance before giving up and going to get one we weren’t super happy with. This store was great. It had such a big selection and while they may have a bit of cosmetic damage, that could be hidden with a magnet. The owner was super helpful and had the cutest dog trained to help seal the deal. The fridge still had a warranty with it and the owner helped us get it on a dolly and loaded it up in the back of our truck. There is no way my husband with his back would have been able to get up in the truck and tie it down with straps and then wrap it in protective film. The owner was so awesome and happily helped and did much of it for my husband. He never grumbled or anything. He was just a genuinely nice human that gave us a great deal on a great fridge. I would go here over big chain stores for appliances every time we need one after the customer service here. I should add we came an hour before close and he could have told us we would have to come get it the next day but he didn’t. Definitely check this place out.

Excellent company with excellent pricing and service. I've had bad luck with other appliance companies in the past but these guys are great to work with. I would highly recommend them. In addition to great service, they kindly donated refrigerators for a service project we are working on too. Once I have a need again, I will return.
