We have purchased several items from Carpets Plus, but our recent experience was when we were going to replace the carpets in our bedrooms. We worked with Melissa Blake, who is just fabulous as we were contemplating hardwoods or carpet. Melissa graciously came to our home to help us through our decision making process. We ended up with hardwoods which are just beautiful. We then had some area rugs made with the carpets we were contemplating for the rooms. Our experience with Carpets Plus and especially working with Melissa has been wonderful. I would highly recommend them both.

Loved working our designer Ava. She was always responsive to our inquiries. Supported and guided our selections with color, texture and style coordinating of our entire interior. Our custom home turned out beautiful and her involvement in our project was key to us loving the look day after day.

Carpets Plus was absolutely incredible to work with. When we had an issue with an appliance and the manufacturer wouldn’t help at all, Leah, Carpet Plus's warranty manager, stepped in and fought for us. She completely resolved the issue and saved us thousands of dollars. Outstanding customer service — highly recommend!
