Don't use these guys. They came out and told me they could fix my fridge by replacing the seal for $550. They charged me a deposit of $290 for the seal parts. Then they come out and tell me that they actually can't replace the seal because the door has issues, but the door is out of stock now.
So I'm out $290, they can't make any repairs, and I ended up buying a new fridge! And they want to charge me a $59 service fee!!!
I've submitted a dispute with Amex, and they replied to Amex trying to make it sound like we're trying to cheat them out of their hard earned money. You literally couldn't do the repair you charged us for.
