I’ve visited the Holsten showroom in the past and never had a problem. This time around was a whole different experience. They were dismissive of my husband (they were closing early due to weather). Said they’d have someone call him, no one ever did. I went in today. Not a single person greeted me. I asked for assistance and was told only one person could help me and she was with someone (despite the fact that I saw at least 2 or 3 other people who work there). After waiting a while, I left. Never received an ounce of assistance.

EA Holsten provides exceptional customer service! I love that I can look at all the appliances in their showroom and choose what I want, but their selections are not limited to what is in their showroom. They are a great company to work with.

The showroom is gorgeous and the staff are incredibly helpful and provide the highest level of service. If you're looking for new high end appliances, this is definitely the best place to go.
