The customer service at this location was rude, unfriendly, and came across as arrogant—the kind of experience that makes you not want to come back. The staff acted as if they were doing us a favor instead of helping us, and unfortunately, it felt like we were judged based on our appearance. In contrast, when we visited another location on Laburnum (not a showroom), the staff there were extremely friendly and welcoming. The difference in attitude was night and day. Please address the customer service issues at this location. A more respectful and professional approach would make a big difference and help attract and keep more customers.

The staff was extremely helpful and eager to help. Nicklaus was very helpful and the front counter young lady. I had been to lowes and home depot and they act as if I was an issue to help. I walk right in told them what I needed I they got it order on the spot thank you. I have a few projects and now you guys are my go to from here out. They both done it with a 😃

If you're going to Ferguson you're obviously not a price conscious Shopper, but rather somebody's looking for selection and expert advice. You will pay a premium for that service at Ferguson. However, you will have a lot of selections to choose from and the ability to custom order anything that you like. The sales staff there is very qualified and competent. I found them able to answer all my questions and make product suggestions based on my needs.
