I had a QuicKutz Epic 6 machne that had a damaged polycarbonate platform so I was looking for someone to make me 2 replacements (planning ahead). I Googled a number of providers but Darius at PolymerShapes in Richmond, VA responded with the best deal: he had a remnant piece of polycarbonate and offered to make me 2 platforms for $40 + shipping. Since the manufacturer no longer makes accessories for the machine, I thought this was a good deal. Darius had very good questions to ask about the platform so I was able to email him a photo of what I currently had. We agreed on the price and he made it and shipped within 2 days and it was packaged with a boatload of cardboard and strapping tape. The 2 platforms were also covered in peel & stick paper to protect them. Darius was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and a quick operator. Would definitely do business with this company - and hopefully Darius - again.
