Single mom of 5 runs this place. Her husband died very suddenly and she took over the business all on her own. I have tons of respect and empathy for that kind of struggle. She does what she can. Yes, their prices could be a bit better, and maybe some days she’s at her limit from stress, but she is kind and honest. Give her a break, she has several mouths to feed. We have bought multiple fridges from her for our boss (property management company in rva). Her husband — when he was still with us — used to come to diagnose issues basically for free. We miss him. Please support this small family owned business. Note: They definitely do take cards.

Terrible customer service. Yes, the part was replaced on my refrigerator, but when I called to explain that the waterline wasn’t working, I was told that it would be an additional fee to diagnose this “new” problem. No offer to come by and check, no checking for proper service when part was replaced, no receipt given at time of service, communication was really poor. I don’t know about buying a used appliance from them, but I would not recommend getting repairs from them due to the unhelpful and rude interactions I had with Jessica. I work in customer service, and this is not how you treat someone that you’d want to continue to do business with.

I highly suggest getting your appliances here! We bought a used washer a year ago for a great price here, and have had zero complaints. We decided to shop here again when we needed a new gas range. We got a new Samsung Range for an amazing price, and the customer service was excellent. I recommend them to anyone looking for new or used appliances!

Excellent place! We needed a washer, ours was leaking and making horrible noises. It's cheaper to get another one than to fix it. We came here and got an awesome Samsung washer! We love it! It works so well and a lot quieter than the old one! We love this place. Everyone was so friendly and courteous! If you need an appliance, come here! We came all the way from Lawrenceville, worth it!

When my sister's refrigerator died, we asked a friend where to purchase a gently used one from, and they suggested RVS Appliances. There were plenty of choices, sizes and colors. We needed a 30×30×65, and they had a few for us to choose from. We decided on a black one, almost exactly like the one my sister had. It works great!! And my sister is so very glad our friend suggested this place, cause she may have to go back soon for a washing machine. The service was great! The staff was very friendly! And we will definitely be back, and will tell all our friends about this place! So if you need gently used appliances for reasonable prices... Go To RVA Appliances... You won't be disappointed!!
