Austin's Appliance

Ordered for delivery 3 weeks in advance. Called to verify a couple days before delivery and they said it was good to go. The day of delivery they told me they had staffing issues and were unable to deliver it. Was able to get them to drop it in the driveway but had to get it inside and installed myself. Told them when I purchased it I wanted all the install hardware, but when they dropped it off I was told I didn’t purchase the steam hookup for the dryer. Staff was friendly and delivery driver was extremely helpful, but overall not the best experience.

This place is the best! After years of buying appliances from big box stores, we have been buying from Austin's Appliance and couldn't be happier. We have bought dishwashers, a refrigerator, and a microwave from them. The customer service is incredible. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and just a lot of fun to be around. I can't recommend them high enough! Do yourself a favor and buy your appliances from them!
