Best Stop Exchange Appliance Shop

My mother bought 2 dryers from them 2 different times. The first time the dryer last 4 months, the 2nd time the dryer last only 2 months Please do not buy appliances from them She purchased the extended warranty on the 2nd dryer for $34.99, they didn’t record it in there paperwork and told her they will charge her $99 to fix the 2nd dryer By that time she was very much not pleased and didn’t believe a word they said She said they were very unprofessional

They didn’t swap out the power cord from old stove to the new one. They also gave me a hard time just asking why that was. No note or callback saying why they couldn’t swap out the cord. It’s part of the purchase agreement that they do that as a courtesy cause I paid $55 for delivery. Which is very high I might add. The Hispanic lady at the store was yelling at me over the phone about it. Then they texted me saying they were gonna pick up my already purchased stove without me consenting to a return to begin with. Honestly, the price wasn’t even worth it for a used stove. Just get a new one from Lowe’s so you don’t have to deal with bad people.

I brought a washer dryer combo October 16 31 days later it broke down l. Yes I did purchase the warranty and it cost $100 per visit so far this machine has had to have 4 repairs and its only December 3. I also had to purchase the power cord separately and come to find out they put it on incorrectly causing it to burn out. Now thats another bill to replace it. Dont go here to purchase, the amount of money I have put out i could've gotten a brand new one. Then the one I chose on the floor wasn't what was delivered they said thats the display model. Please run from this place . All I have spent should've just added the 800 and got brand new. Smh
