Went above and beyond. I purchased a stacked washer and dryer for my business after finding them on Facebook Marketplace. They scheduled delivery in a flexible manner that was feasible for my business hours. They reminded and communicated the delivery time in advance. I had a problem with the washer and they honored the warranty by coming the same day to repair it. I will use them again.

Buyer beware! This is a bait and switch scam! They are selling on Facebook marketplace from NC to VA. OBX Appliances hires people that are given commission to lure customers in by posting one item then a few minutes later they tell you that that item has been sold, but they have a comparable item. I was bought the tiniest washer and dryer. The receipt shows that you can exchange, yet I have been getting the run around for over three weeks! I was last told that the owner would call. I have NEVER received a call from the owner, Andrew or Danni, whom both promised to correct the issue! I explained that I needed a stackable on the first floor due to recent mobility issues, and clearly they only care about making money and scamming people who are trying to purchase quality and affordable appliances on Facebook marketplace! Shame on the owner for scamming people out of hard earned money! I’m walking with a cane and had to give up my washer and dryer in my basement which is too big for the upstairs space. I wish that I could give no stars for this review! The irony of their address being SHORTCUT ROAD is astounding, because clearly this is what they do…take shortcuts to get ahead!

Honestly, super Sketchy experience. The delivery guys were immediately complaining about the Washer being on the second floor even though the landlord told them it was on the second floor. He made it seem like he was just gonna leave the washer in my hallway without installing it. And then made it seem like install was a surprise, and I had to pay more. I was A woman alone in my house and I had to call my landlord.. Now the washer smells really funky and it doesn’t sound like it’s running right. To top it off, he stood in front of me and forced me to give him a four star review Because we told him we weren’t gonna pay more. This delivery person said he was the owner.. Really horrible experience not happy.

Never ever buy from this store they say warranty but they don’t the lady on Facebook when I text with she and she say warranty 60 day part and labor when they come installed I ask the guy he say okay we email you everything paperwork including warranty but in paperwork they say just 30 days I try to call them when my dryer problem I think owner tell me he talk some one come to fix now a week no one come to fix even I call back 2-3 time
