Kris just finished the repair of my refrigerator. While it was frustrating to have the compressor fail on a fairly new fridge; Kris quickly determined the failure and ordered the new parts. Kris took the time to check for leaks, explained the repair and made sure the fridge was centered and level. I am very happy I have a service warranty with Judd & Black!

Buyer beware. I had purchased appliances for my rentals years ago and was happy back then. Because of a good track record I recently purchased a whirlpool refrigerator and it’s making horrible sporadic groaning noises (except when there here). I wish I had read these reviews prior. Three visits from technicians and it’s still doing it. Driving me crazy. Manager told me after three visits it’s considered a lemon.

Judd & black is great.I have been dealing with them for 25 years. The repair people are great chase has been to my house several times over the years he does a great job every time and Big Chad, the salesman makes every transaction easy and seamless, sometimes I do not have time to wait for delivery.So I call him on the phone and pick it up at the warehouse you will not find a big box store with this kind of service. The whole transaction takes me less than five minutes, no hassle.
