MD - Scratch and Dent Appliances

I recently purchased a front-load washer after seeing their post on OfferUp. The price was reasonable, and I was able to save some money. What impressed me the most was their same-day delivery and haul-away service for my old machine – super convenient! The washer runs perfectly, and it comes with a 1-year warranty for peace of mind. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and will definitely check them out again the next time I need an appliance.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience here with David. Super friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. There wasn’t any wasted time and ZERO pressure. I needed a reasonably priced replacement for my Maytag that finally gave out after years. I ended up giving this business a shot and didn’t regret it at all! Showed up with my own truck and within 30min grabbed a washer and was headed home. The washer I ended up purchasing wasn’t scratched or dented, it was a brand new GE Profile with manufacturer warranty. It still cost me less than the lowest sales price available online at any retailer, and I was able to have a same day resolution.

Wowza! What a great experience with MD scratch & dent appliances. My refrigerator’s compressor went out and I had to buy a new refrigerator. I tried to repair it but no luck. I recently had a slowdown in business and have not had income coming in for the past 4 months, so this surely was bad timing. I looked at all the prices online, went into all the major appliance, hardware and Costco stores and was just depressed on how much refrigerators cost. I searched in a different way and MD scratch & dent appliances came up. They had great reviews and I thought, “Well, I don’t care if it has a dent, I just need a fridge”. I went there and was greeted by Didem one of the owners and talked. She was nice, knowledgeable, no pressure, talked to you like you were her best friend, listened and found a few that would fit my tight space. The transaction was so easy, you get a 30-day warranty and then can buy one longer. She said if something is wrong let us know and we will take care of it. They set up the delivery and it brought to my home the very next day. The delivery drivers took out the old one and set up the new one in a short time. They were very professional, caring, and funny. I got like 60% off this refrigerator. It ended up being super fancy and I got more than I expected at an affordable price. Everyone is tight with their money now a days and would suggest everyone check them out. When I looked on their website, knowing they are scratch & dent I figured you had to drive there to see what they had in stock since each one is going to be different and they can’t get in the same one unless it’s scratched or dented. Small business at its finest, professional, treats you like a neighbor and do the job well till it’s all completed. Great experience! Thank you Didem!
