My wife and I were looking for an upright freezer the other day. We had checked 5 other places and found the prices too high or delivery not available for at least 4 days. We wereabout to head home when we chanced upon Quality Appliances. They had an open box freezer at a very reasonable price and offered same day delivery. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recomend them for your appliance needs.

I am a real estate agent and both my husband and I have purchased appliances for business purposes. I was recently shopping for a newer used refrigerator for a family member. (Quality Appliances always seem to have a great variety from lower to higher prices/decent to higher end options.) I purchased a refrigerator and it was delivered the next day. However, the freezer wasn't working correctly. They sent someone out right away to fix it, they thought they had it fixed, but it still wasn't working correctly. In the end, they went above and beyond to make it right.

This place is great! We had been looking for a deal on a new (used) energy efficient washing machine and dryer for a while and Quality Appliances had exactly what we wanted for a great price. All of the employees were really friendly and helpful, offering to switch out the plug if needed, offering delivery, and supplying the dryer vent hose. PLUS, they have a 30 day warranty, which gave us peace of mind but we didn't end up needing. Highly recommend them!
