Super happy with appliance purchase - washer dryer!!! Salesman Dan G. shared his suggestions and pros and cons once I said what I was looking for and no pressure to buy. Third party delivery and unfortunately, washer arrived but no dryer---it got loaded onto a different truck. Third party team located it and returned 2.5 hours later with dryer. Door hinge never changed per order instructions. They didn't know dryer was missing until they got to my driveway so not checking their load? .Ultimately, had to exchange dryer two days later and that dryer was delivered by actual Albert Lee delivery team. Completely different experience!! These guys were top notch!!! Loved them and I got the white glove experience! Use Albert Lee!! Love my LG washer/dryer!

Albert Lee Appliances has been great to work with. We previously purchased appliances from a store close to us but the attitude when I was shopping for a new dual fuel range to replace the dead one was not only condescending but rude. From our sales person to the delivery - TOP NOTCH! Would most certainly shop there again when/if the need arises!

We buy all our appliances from the Tacoma location. Devin Reilly has always been there for us... very honest and doesn't try to over sell you. Good honest dude! He's got my business for life. Thank you Update,... once again Tim the service manager and Devin Reilly in Tacome really came thru and helped us with an appliance that we were having an issue with. These guys will forever be my go to appliance guys. Thank you for all you do.

It was easy enough to walk into ALA and find a fridge and dishwasher I liked. Both were on sale, making the purchase less of a stressor. The single $75 fee for delivery, install, and haul away was awesome and made me choose Albert Lee over Lowe's or Home Depot, who charge a lot more for each of those services. The delivery guys were really kind and professional, and let me know immediately that my fridge had small dent before they even brought it in. I really like how all of the staff are personable and easy to talk to. AND that there are real people to talk to at every step. I will likely return to Albert Lee in the future for my appliance needs! Thanks

When shopping for an appliance, I usually shop around. Home Depot, Lowe's, private appliance repair, and sales shops and of course Albert Lee. I always end up going back to Albert Lee. They're very knowledgeable and I experienced no pressure whatsoever. My associate was friendly and approachable. Even the delivery was great even though the machines I chose barely fit in the space they made it work. All in all a great experience
