My FIL and I came into the store to look for a new dishwasher. The gentleman who assisted us was very knowledgeable, and up front with pricing. Steve, who came to our home to install the dishwasher unit was fantastic!! He was initially concerned because he was not provided enough information regarding the install (likely due to the fact that we left the store to price compare, and then purchased/left our information with different associate than the one who greeted us) and thought he would have to reschedule due to the process being more complicated than our paperwork stated. He was also down a man, due to a no show. But, he made it work! He did a beautiful job of making it fit perfectly, and aesthetically in our space, was fast working, and very respectful of our home. His decades of experience really showed!! Will be recommending LA, but specifically Steve as instalation expert!!

This POS company came out to my house saying they could help fix my washer just to show up and tell me they can’t do anything about it (because parts) that he would have to order parts in. When I agreed that that is fine I kept being cornered into replacing it when I didn’t need to. The whole transaction was under 15 minutes and they are now trying to charge me $130 to legit drive 1.6 miles to my house and do 0 services! The part he said he would have to order was a motherboard! I have fixed the washer myself it costed me $40 and 10 minutes of my time.

I highly recommend Lakewood Appliance. Garrett was incredibly kind and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. He made choosing the right dishwasher feel effortless and took the time to walk through every question with so much patience. The whole experience felt honest, easy and welcoming, and I truly appreciate the care and service I received.

Bought a speed queen at a different appliance store not knowing they didn't actually provide warranty service. After a storm, my lid lock malfunctioned leaving me with no washer. After the run around, I called lakewood appliance and even though it's wasn't their problem, they were happy to help and got my machine back in a fraction of the time I would have lost otherwise. Cannot recommend enough. Friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Will be using for my appliance needs moving forward.
