I had a smooth and positive experience here. Keep in mind that this is a discount store, so not everything will be brand new, but the prices reflect that. I was a little skeptical at first, but I ended up finding a great deal and was very happy with my purchase. The fact that they offered same-day delivery was a huge plus. For a family-owned business, they really provide good value and service.

I have nothing but great things to say about this store! Last year, our dishwasher was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. After getting a haircut nearby, I happened to walk through Discount Collection Depot on my way back to the car. I noticed they had several name-brand dishwashers—and there it was: the Bosch 800 Series model I’d been eyeing for months. The price was significantly lower than retail, and the only issue was a small dent on the handle. That was something I could easily live with. I went ahead and purchased it, and even with the dent, I was able to register it and it still carried the full manufacturer warranty. You can’t even hear it when it’s running—super quiet and efficient. Fast forward to this summer, and one of my home projects was installing a sunshade blind for my back patio. After comparing options at Costco, I decided to stop by DCD again. Sure enough, they had exactly what I was looking for. I asked the owner about it, and he pulled out a brand-new unit—still in the box and the same size as the one I saw at Costco. I installed it the next day after work, and it works perfectly. This store has saved me time and money more than once. Highly recommend checking them out before heading to the big box stores.
