Our Cafe induction cooktop unit went out of warranty the month prior and GE was not honoring the request for repair. Mr. Appliance investigated, repaired and provided a narrative write-up to help us present our case that this was a manufacturers defect case. Mr. Appliance communicates clearly and is easy to schedule. They are now our go to phone call for appliance issues.

Great service! Mark fixed my 28-year old garage refrigerator that had been leaking water onto the floor, due to ice build up in the freezer side. He ordered the part, a defrost heater, installed it, and it works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company. Also, very reasonably priced.

They came out after scheduling. They knew the issue was internal and didn't check the internal part issue. Told my wife the duct must be clogged. Got it cleaned and the dryer is still having issues. I spent 200 for someone to tell me nothing is wrong with my dryer.

I called them out to repair my dishwasher which was showing a code. The techinician told me what the issue was and quoted me a price which was $329 including parts and labor. I asked if it could be anything besides that and he said no, it was definitely that part that was causing the issue. We agreed and he went to work 'fixing' the dishwasher, he said that he was done, but the dishwasher was still showing a code, he said that it would stop showing the code after we ran the rinse cycle one more time but he had to leave so we needed to sign for the work so he could leave. He also said if for some reason it still wasn't working we could call him back the next day and he would show up to fix it no charge. It never stopped showing the code and I called them back the next day, they told me that it would be an addiotnal charge to come out again, and I asked why since the techinican had told me that they could come out no charge, they said that they would look into it and call me back. They never called me back. I called again and they said that they could send someone out, but no matter what it was going to cost more money, the lady on the phone said that it could have been one of four issues and there was no way to know until they replaced all of the parts, charged me for all of those parts and even then, it still might not work. I asked to speak to a manager, they said that someone would call me back, but of course that didn't happen either. I called again the next day and asked to speak to a manager about how we could resolve this issue, was told again that someone would call me back, and it never happened. Please do not use this company, find anyone else.
