Sea Tac Distribution

Got a kirby and it ended up being too heavy and bulky. The shampoo feature was not foamy, it dumped so much water on the floor. I followed the directions in the app and made sure everything was on right. Turns out it's a known issue. We used it for ONE day. I have dogs and it's muddy outside so there was a lot of dirt but most of it was vacuumed by the demo dude. When we tried to return it the lady told me "no it's wonderful, it's only as heavy as a gallon of milk" like ma'am read the spec sheet no it's not 🤣. Then tried to blame me for it not working. Talking about my credit like that had ANYTHING to do with the machine. Stay FAR away from these people. She told my husband "oh no you used this at least 3 days" like lady...we got it saturday. Used it that night and said "oh this isn't going to work. Monday was a holiday and we returned it tuesday. How are you gonna tell ME how much I used something? Just waiting for a bill for it not being in the same condition we received it in, despite having no record of that condition after the dude used it IN MY HOUSE.

First, DO NOT let these people in your house. Francis says he works for Sea Tac Distribution which is a cover for Kirby Vacuum Cleaners. They try to sell you carpet cleaning services which is a ploy to get into your home and attempt to sell you a $3500 Kirby. Francis asked 3 times if I was home and would not identify himself until I asked him who he was. He wasn't wearing mask. Very aggressive and ignored the no soliciting sign. My husband went outside to ask him to leave the neighborhood and the guy actually demanded to know why we didn't come to the door. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE!!! These people literally scam you into letting them into your home on false advertising of carpet cleaning and won't leave for 4hrs until you buy the vacuum for over $3,800 when you can actually find it online for half the price!! The contract then states you have ONLY THREE days to cancel! The finance company they work with & the company manager/owner Shawn are rude and when asked to help cancel the contract basically threatened us by saying "you can't cancel, nothing to do but you do have to pay or you know what will happen" I understand now I was naive for letting myself be fooled into purchasing. Thinking this was a small business and we were helping the them go to a Bahamas trip when it was all a ploy to tug at the heart strings. For those who encounter these people PLEASE CHOOSE TO CLOSE THE DOOR IN THEIR FACES!!

Mario is very good at the demo . As well the sales pitch. Made it very interesting. We just hope that this purchase will live up to the standard of how great the value kirby equipment is. The only thing im concern is the timing of the sale. since its the holiday it kinda sucks getting in payment options but overall its impressive! i suggest to get one
