Don't walk away from this place, Run! Ordered an ILVE range with a promise of delivery within 6 months. Margarita was very helpful and responsive up until it was supposed to arrive. We we're ghosted, lied to and deceived from that point on. We only got our money back after disputing the charges thru our credit card. BEWARE!!

The Range Store was a pleasant surprise for me. At the time, I searched all over Seattle for the ILVE range in Antique White, but it was out of stock everywhere, and every store told me I would have to wait at least six months. I decided to call The Range Store, and Margarita was extremely efficient in checking the inventory for me. She quickly helped me place the order, and the range arrived in just over a month. The product is absolutely beautiful, and after using it for a while, I’m very happy with its performance. I really love it! Many thanks to Margarita!

We bought an Ilve dual fuel range from the Range Store in Auburn. Excellent customer service and installation. Our home is in Mason County and it was no issue for them to come here to do the install. Everyone was so helpful, very knowledgeable about the range and helped us make the best decision. Highly recommended the Range Store.

Update as of 1.28.25 The original review was for the purchase of a sink. A few weeks back we purchased a Liebherr fridge. During delivery, parts needed for the install were missing. Was told don’t worry, we’ll send them in the mail—but they never came. Reached out multiple, multiple times asking for help but we never received the parts. We now are reaching out to the manufacturer for help. Cannot recommend this business; they are eager to make a sale but then you are on your own. Probably worth looking elsewhere for high end appliances. _______________________ The Range Store is a step above over appliance stores. Nazar, in particular, has deep knowledge about high end appliances, and is willing to spend time going over the details. He’s truly an expert. It’s very easy to recommend The Range Store. Well worth a visit.
