Duane came to my house and repaired my washing machine. The price was right, and he did a great job quickly and efficiently. He and his coworker also suggested what could be the cause of a small electrical problem I had in my home, and it turned out to be exactly the problem, with an embarrassingly easy fix. I highly recommend them!

Purchase a washer from this place it hasn't even worked since we purchased it you call try to get them to come out and work on it they don't even come when they say they're going to then when you finally get them they tell you oh we're sorry we're so busy but they still don't come piece of junk and sorry people that work here

I purchased a washer from the Robertson’s. After a week, it started leaking. They came out and pushed the agitator down and said it was all good, I was happy they came and “fixed” it, I even gave them my old washer. After 2 loads, same thing. I called, they promised to come out the next week, never heard from them. Do not purchase from this place, they do not service their product, and when you buy a used appliance, service is most important!

I bought a washer and dryer that came with a 60 day so called warranty. When I attempted the first load of laundry the next day, it leaked out and water was everywhere. I called, and they promptly brought out a “loaner washer” and took mine to be looked at. Within a few days, the loaner was leaking as well. I called the shop number, cell, as well as sent text messages, but have received no reply. Not to mention the dryer has no timer, but is either on, or you have to leave the door open if you don’t want it running. I waited almost 3 weeks, and then bought another set from a relative. I do not recommend this company.

I bought a Fridge, Stove, Washer and Dryer from them seven months ago. They all four have given great service so far and three months later when I noticed one of the feed hoses starting to leak I called to see if they had one and was ready to pay for it but they wouldn't hear of it. They replaced it free of charge. Excellent service and really good folks to do business with.
