Great customer service! we were greeted at the door, asked for specifics we were looking for and he pointed out items that had them and also showed other items as well with what they had to offer. Matt was nice to work with and held our appliances we bought until we could pick them up. To the critics, remember this is a scratch and dent discount appliance place you can't judge what appliances they get in and the condition they are in. Matt was also considerate to work out an appointment time outside of his normal business hours if needed. I would recommend Matt and Discount Appliance Pulaski if you are in need of an appliance for a decent price and not overly concerned about scratches and dents.
