I called to get help choosing a refrigerator to fit an exact space in my home. The gentleman on the phone (DeMarco) was extremely helpful, checked dimensions on my existing (defunct) refrigerator, and the new one, also used a photo I had sent to determine that the refrigerator I had identified would, in fact, fit the space. He placed the order, carefully explained all aspects of payment and delivery, and was courteous throughout the process. I was told that Van Vreede’s was the place to go, and I wholeheartedly agree.

We were looking for a new refrigerator. Lucas helped narrow down the search based on the features we were looking for. The process was quick and efficient. Lucas looked for rebates and ways to save additional money on our purchase. Originally the delivery date was out 2 1/2 weeks. Which was not great, but something we anticipated might happen. Lucas stated he would try to look for cancellations to get a sooner delivery as our current refrigerator was completely unusable. Much to our surprise, we got a notice it would be delivered in two days!! So very much appreciated!! The delivery Gus were quick and knew exactly what had to be taken care of to get the old fridge out and the new one in. Very quick and very pleasant! We would definitely shop Van Vreedes for our future appliance needs!

We had a fantastic experience at Van Vreede’s purchasing a last minute washer and dryer set. Jed in sales was incredibly helpful, down-to-earth, kind and accommodating. The whole process was smooth, fast, and completely no-pressure. The price felt fair and the overall experience was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We moved to the Green Bay area about 2 years ago. We needed new kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and some furniture. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars at their store. Their selection was good and their sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery and install was good also and prompt. However, their service after the sale is terrible. About 2 and a half weeks ago our dryer quit putting out heat (LG upright not even 2 years old yet). We paid $179.95 for an extended 5 year warrant. When I called the Green Bay store, I was told I had to call the Appleton center. Then when I called the Appleton center, they told me I had to call some place called EPIC. EPIC said the earliest they could have someone come out to service it would be in over two weeks. In the meantime we are going to the laundry mat to dry our clothes ( A real PITA). So when the guy did show up last Monday (01/26, today is Sat, 01/31) he said it was the thermostat and he didn't have one and would have to order it and when it comes in he'll get us back on the schedule. So now it is going on 3 weeks and Monday we'll have to run to the laundry mat again. Very Poor service!
