I got a washer from Mark budget and appliance. It worked OK at first not for very long. I’ve been having problems with it ever since it don’t spin out the clothes are all wet. Some of my stuff gets stuck under the middle part. I’m not happy with it, and I told him about it.

Once again...Marc came through for me and my family. Our 7 year old dryer took a dive and was way too expensive to fix. We checked several of the area box stores and found that their prices went through the roof...and that didn't include delivery charges, a power cord, a vent hose, set up costs not to mention haul away charges of our broken unit. Did I mention extended warranty prices? Anyway...Marc came through with a completely refurbished unit that included delivery....power cord...vent hose...set up fees and he hauled away my broken unit. What did I pay? Less than half of what the box stores quoted me, plus Marc backs his appliances without charging added on warranty fees. So if you're looking to purchase a great household appliance at a reasonable price....from an honest business...call Marc's Appliances....great appliances at great prices.

I was able to buy a used washer that had been refurbished for a reasonable price, and it is made of metal with few electronics, so it is actually a durable quality machine. Mark took the time to walk me through what he does, and explained the parts he replaced on my specific dryer. I only bought it today, so I can't speak to how well it has lasted, but I have high hopes. This is not a beautiful showroom. It is an old store full of refurbished, and about to be refurbished appliances. If you want economical appliances made like you remember from your childhood. It is a great find.

Our washer kicked the bucket this a.m. I called Marc to see if he had the parts for our Maytag that was 6 years old. He said no, but gave us a price on a older machine. It was slightly more than the parts would cost for our machine. Like less than $100.00. Picked it up and it has already washed its first load. It is WAY QUIETER, than our other one. Thanks Marc!

Marc seems like an honest guy trying to make an honest buck. My new dishwasher was used and a few years old, but it's happily humming away in the kitchen as I write this, and I couldn't be happier about my purchase. The hardware underneath is in excellent shape and the only thing I did was throw some grease in the caster bearings to help it roll a little smoother. Marc's little shop on Rose Street is neat and tidy, and although I didn't really have a chance to look around too much, it seemed as if he had a pretty nice selection of washers and dryers for sale. I couldn't fit the dishwasher I purchased from him in my car so he loaded it up, delivered it, AND on top of that, brought it up to my 3rd floor apartment on a dolly for a nominal fee which I was more than happy to pay after he gave me the dishwasher for a great price. The next time I am shopping for a reliable used appliance, I'm calling Marc. Update: 3 months later and the dishwasher is still running great.
