Thank you Bryan the salesman for making my life easier especially having the appliance in stock. It felt great to know that I won't have to wait for other service man to give me the wrong reasons and not be truthful to fix problems on my appliances. When you purchase from Midwest Appliance they have their own service man to do the maintenance which is a great advantage rather calling outsiders. Buy your appliances locally too. We will be giving you more business.

I did not get adequate service on how to operate my dishwasher. The salesman did not demonstrate how to use it, and how to use it was not written in the service manual. I did not get measurements on how much soap or rinse I should use. The serviceman did not know how to tell, saying the salesman should have done it. No one seemed to know how to operate the dishwasher, and yet they were willing to sell it. The salesman blamed me for not using it correctly.

Their technician is apparently sick a few times per week. They cancelled our dishwasher install about 90 minutes into our install window, when i had already cleared out the bottom of the sink and gotten everything ready. When they cancelled, they rescheduled for the next week - then called me a couple days later, said they never actually rescheduled the first time, and then “actually” rescheduled me for even later. So, the third appointment arrived and again they waited to call 90 minutes into my install window with another excuse. They offered a “discount” which actually added sales tax to our purchase - a complete joke. Do not waste your time. The only thing I would say positive is that they are nice on the phone.
